Sexual Harassment

The West Virginia Human Rights Act makes it illegal for an employer to discriminate on the basis of race, sex, age (40 and over), disability, religion, color, ancestry, national origin and blindness. If an employee has been subjected to such discrimination, he or she may be entitled to compensation. Sexual harassment also falls within the purview of employment discrimination. I have handled numerous successful claims in this area and has the skills necessary to assist employees in the prosecution of these highly emotional claims.
