Employment Wrongful Firing

In the current economic climate, with high levels of unemployment and inflation on the rise, employees need their jobs more than ever. When an employee gets terminated or fired from his or her job, the financial effects can be devastating. All too often, the employer has acted unlawful in with respect to the termination and thus is subject to civil liability. Employees in this instance may be entitled to be compensated for back pay, lost wages and benefits, and other damages sustained as a result of the firing. I have been involved in a number of successful claims against employers for wrongfully terminating its employees.
